Over the past decade, Gallup has surveyed more than 10 million people worldwide on the topic of employee engagement. Just one-third strongly agreed with the statement:
“At work, I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day.”

In a recent poll of more than 1,000 people, among those who “strongly disagreed” or “disagreed” with this “what I do best” statement, not one single person was emotionally engaged on the job. In stark contrast, Gallup studies indicate that people who do have the opportunity to focus on their strengths ever day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and more than three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life in general.

All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths.

From “Potential to Performance”

As seasoned executives ourselves we know that many executives are overwhelmed and stressed with trying to balance time/work/life. The ease of flow cannot exist whilst one is under such pressure. Our executive coaching approach helps re-establish flow into your environment by broadening your perspective. Together we bring a new concept to conducting business. Through executive coaching you gain ownership of your values and capabilities. You learn how to integrate these new-found or long-forgotten qualities into the organization’s culture.

INFLOW’s executive coaching helps you remove barriers between the personal and the professional creating an atmosphere where the workplace is re-visualized as a launch pad for bringing flow into all aspects of your life. We illuminate and provide the tools to help meld the value of the people within the company and the company itself.

As executive coaches, we see executives as role models. They are responsible for creating the culture of the work environment. By embracing this fresh approach leaders will initiate flow throughout different levels of their organization.

Here is our organizational coaching approach that summarizes how we work with our corporate clients when coaching is an organizational need:

The first phase is finding the intersection between the organization and individual. We assess commonalities through an in-depth client assessment, one-on-one interviews and team meetings. This intersectional space is where the shift starts to happen. We call this co-effectiveness, co-creation, co-engagement. FLOW’s coaching focuses on the co-engagement overlap where company and employee meld.

Coaching is underway and has ignited a positive change in both the personal and professional areas of your life. Both the person and the company start to notice the progress. The participants become invested in wanting to adopt new modes of behavior thus working together to get better results.

This is the final stage of the organizational coaching process. It is when all of your efforts and the efforts of the coach come to fruition. The overlap of company and individual is truly realized. You are connected and in-flow. The individual feels more in tune with the organization – an integral part of the whole; the organization sees the employee as a valuable link in the organizational chain.
